Refund policy

 

Please read our returns policy below to ensure you are eligible for a return.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM/S:

  1. Email our team at info@allwiththeflow.com stating your full name, order number and details of your request.
  2. Once we receive your email and approve your return, we will provide you with the returns details and mail address.

Once we have received your returned items in original condition, we will provide you with either a 100% store credit or a full refund if eligible (excluding any shipping costs)

Credit notes are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

REFUNDS

We offer returns for refund (excluding any shipping costs paid) or a 100% store credit on full-priced items (discounted products excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions:

  • The items are returned within  (30) days of receiving your order.
  • Your item must be returned in original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be unworn, must be unwashed, must be unmarked, must be unaltered and must be undamaged. Any garment returned that is soiled or damaged in any way will not be refunded.
  • For a full refund the item must have not been purchased using any discount codes or promo codes. In this case the customer is only eligible for a store credit or exchange


Please note: full-priced items discounted for a promotional period, or with a discount code or during a limited-time sale, are only eligible for a store credit or exchange

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly request a tracking number as proof of shipment. In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, delayed or damaged, All With The Flow will not hold any responsibility.

REFUND TENDER

  • Refunds will be returned to you in the manner you paid for the item. Any items purchased using a Credit or Voucher will be returned as a store credit.

Every endeavour is made to ensure returns are processed within ten (10) business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation at the time your return is received and again once your return has been processed. Please allow up to five business days for a refund to be visible in your account.

 

FAULTY RETURNS.


If you believe you have received a faulty item, please follow the below steps:

  1. Email our team at info@allwiththeflow.com quoting your full name, order number and in-focus images of the fault.
  2. Once we receive your email with the requested details, if deemed faulty, we will provide you with a replacement or refund subject to our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. Shipping costs incurred by you will also be refunded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any defect or damage to the Product which may be caused, or partly caused, by or arise as a result of:

  • You fail to properly maintain or store the Product;
  • You use the Products for any purpose other than that for which they were designed;
  • You failed to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by AWTF

40 DAY FAULTY LOGO POLICY

If your garments logo has been fault within a 40 day period of receiving your garment, you can get in touch with our team at info@allwiththeflow.com to discuss a replacement or 100% store credit. 

In order for this policy to be applicable, it's necessary that you have adhered to our care guide, ensuring proper care for the garment. This can be found on the product page under the description. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, All With The Flow will not hold any responsibility of this unless you paid for shipping insurance when checking out.

EXCHANGES/CREDIT NOTES

To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, your item must be sent within 30 days from when you receive your item. We determine this date from the date received via your tracking number.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be unworn, must be unwashed, must be unmarked, must be unaltered and must be undamaged and returned with the original packaging. Any garment returned that is soiled or damaged in any way will not receive an exchange or credit note.

 

Please note that AWTF reserves the right to refuse to provide an exchange or credit note should the garment not meet our requirements stated in this policy.

Once we have exchanged a full-price item once, there is no eligibility for a refund.

For all second exchanges and Sale Items/Promotions/Discount Codes that are returned to be exchanged, a return post bag must be included in your return parcel at the customer’s expense. If a return post bag isn’t included, you will be invoiced for the cost of the return post bag. Once paid, we will process your exchange and post it back to you.

FINAL SALE ITEMS/PROMOTIONS/DISCOUNT CODES

ALL FINAL SALE Items are final. Requests for return or exchanges will not be granted,

If you have purchased a sale item or applied a discount code to your order, you are entitled to an exchange only. Please see the return policy for Exchanges/Credit Notes.

   

PRE-ORDERS

Once a Pre-Order has been made, you are not entitled to a refund until you have received the item. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

AMENDMENTS:

This Returns Policy may be amended from time to time by All With The Flow without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check our Terms before making any purchases.
